PetBook.am is an online platform for pet owners, professionals and organizations that combines pet profiles, listings, services, a forum, messaging and other related features.

By using PetBook.am, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. We process data only to the extent necessary to operate the service, maintain security and develop its functionality.

2. Data we may process

Depending on the features you use, PetBook.am may process the following categories of data:

• when signing in with Google, the Google account identifier, name and email address provided by Google; PetBook.am does not receive your Google password;
• profile data, pet information, listings, services, reviews, forum posts and other information submitted by the user;

• messages and requests required for internal communications, support, moderation and complaint handling;
• technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, cookies, session information, error logs and security logs;
• location and address information when entered by the user or used with map and geosearch features.

• registration, authentication and account management;
• creation and display of pet profiles, listings, services, reviews and other user content;
• operation of messaging, subscriptions, the forum and other community features;
• moderation and prevention of spam, fraud, abuse and rule violations;
• security, stability and technical support of the service;
• localization of the interface and content, including automated translation of certain published materials;
• compliance with legal requirements and protection of the legitimate interests of PetBook.am and its users.

4. Sign in with Google

PetBook.am uses the standard OAuth/OpenID Connect flow for registration and sign-in with Google. The service requests only the basic openid, email and profile permissions required to identify the user and create or link an account.

PetBook.am does not receive your Google password and does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or other Google Account data unless a separate permission is explicitly requested for such access.

5. Public data and user content

Some information posted by users on PetBook.am is intended to be public. This may include a name, public profile details, pet pages, listings, services, reviews, forum posts, photos and other information the user chooses to publish.

Do not post information in public sections that you do not want to make publicly available, including confidential, financial or other sensitive information.

6. Cookies and technical data

PetBook.am uses cookies and similar technical mechanisms to keep users signed in, remember language and other settings, protect sessions and ensure the website functions correctly.

Certain technical data may be logged automatically by our servers for troubleshooting, security and abuse prevention.

7. Third-party services
