1. Acceptance of the Terms

By registering, signing in with Google, creating an account or otherwise using PetBook.am, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use PetBook.am features that require registration or the publication of information.

2. Purpose of PetBook.am

PetBook.am provides a technical platform for creating pet pages, posting listings, finding and publishing services, communicating, leaving reviews, participating in the forum and using other pet-related features.

PetBook.am is not a party to transactions between users, pet owners, sellers, buyers, professionals or organizations unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. User accounts

• users must provide accurate information to the extent required for the relevant feature;
• users are responsible for protecting access to their accounts and for actions performed through those accounts;
• accounts may not be created for fraud, spam, evasion of restrictions or impersonation;
• when signing in with Google, a PetBook.am account may be created or linked to an existing account using the verified email address and Google identifier.

4. User content

Users retain their rights to content they create and upload. By posting content on PetBook.am, the user grants PetBook.am a non-exclusive right to store, technically process, display, format, adapt and distribute that content to the extent necessary to operate and present the platform features.

Users confirm that they have the rights and permissions required to post photos, videos, text and other information and that such publication does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

Users may not:

• post unlawful, fraudulent, knowingly false, abusive or dangerous content;
• promote cruelty to animals or publish material that violates applicable animal welfare laws;
• infringe copyright, image rights, privacy rights, personal data rights or other third-party rights;
• distribute spam, malicious code or phishing links, or use automation that places excessive load on the service;
• circumvent PetBook.am technical restrictions, moderation actions, blocks or security mechanisms;
• use the platform for activities prohibited by law.

6. Listings, services and interactions between users

Users are responsible for their own listings, service offers, prices, descriptions, contact details and arrangements with other users.

PetBook.am may provide search, communication, rating and review tools, but does not guarantee the quality of services, the condition of an animal, the accuracy of every listing, the solvency or good faith of another user.

Before transferring money or an animal, or receiving a service, users should independently verify material information and comply with applicable law.

7. Reviews, forum and messages

Reviews and forum posts should reflect genuine experience or a good-faith opinion. Harassment, threats, disclosure of another person’s confidential information and rating manipulation are prohibited.

Private messages are intended for user communication. PetBook.am may process message metadata and may access message content where necessary to handle complaints, maintain security, comply with law or protect users.

8. Moderation

PetBook.am may review user content, restrict its visibility, reject or remove materials, adjust technical publication parameters, restrict account features or block an account when these Terms, the law, security requirements or the rights of other users are violated.

Moderation does not mean that PetBook.am is required to pre-screen every publication or guarantees its accuracy.

9. PetBook.am intellectual property

The design, software code, logos, service structure, databases and other elements of PetBook.am that are not user content or third-party materials are protected by applicable law. Copying or using them outside ordinary use of the service requires the relevant right or permission.

10. Third-party services and links

PetBook.am may use Google, mapping services, email infrastructure and other third-party technologies and may contain links to third-party websites. Such services are governed by their own terms. PetBook.am does not control the content or availability of third-party resources.

11. Limitation of liability

PetBook.am is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We aim to keep the service stable but do not guarantee that it will always be free of temporary errors, interruptions, connectivity issues or third-party actions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PetBook.am is not responsible for direct arrangements and transactions between users, the quality of third-party services, the conduct of listing owners, or the consequences of decisions made on the basis of user content.

12. Changes and termination

We may change PetBook.am features and update these Terms. The current version will be published on this page with the date of the latest update.

Users may stop using the service at any time. PetBook.am may also restrict or terminate access in the event of a material or repeated violation of the rules.

13. Governing law and contact

Relations connected with the use of PetBook.am are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia unless mandatory provisions of applicable law require otherwise.
